I can't buy skins (i.e. You can't make money)

Why can't I buy the Ashe skin? hrmmm? I want to give you guys some money...but you gotta work with me :P

I'm not getting an error.

It's just not letting me buy the Ashe skin even though the champion is available for me to play as her.

Although you might be able to play ashe, it could still mean you don't "own" her as she is one of the 10 champs that was unlocked for free for us. Try checking the store and see if you can buy her. BTW, again nice wallpaper!

She's available to buy, but it's not the point. I can play her now so I should be able to buy the skin.

Savvy? I mean... Heck. If Riot doesn't want my money, that's fine :P

I'd honestly, really appreciate a 'Red' response on this as it's something I truly want but don't want to have to spend IP to buy Ashe if it's at all possible.

I know Jesse Perring knows I asked this. He is all knowing.

Ashe is in the champion rotation right now. So you don't own her yet. In one week, you will no longer be able to play with ashe unless she's in the next rotation as well. So in order for you to buy the skin, you need to purchase the champion

Actually that is exactly my point, as long as she is available to buy you will not be able to buy a skin for her since you don't technically own her. As I said she is in the rotation schedule and everyone is allowed to use her.
