Have 1 Rabadon's Deathcap and 5 Archangel's Staves fully farmed.
Have a full page of Knowledge runes.

Jayce
His Q does Physical damage and his E does magic. E does magic damage in the form of % health + 100% AD as well. So he does Physical and Magic damage based off of his AD.
Speed Boost - Acceleration Gate.
Gap Closer - To the Skies
Slow - To the Skies
Disengage - Thundering Blow (Kinda?)
Harass from outside vision range? Acceleration Gate + Shock Blast
No mana issues? His W in hammer form returns mana per hit.
Don't know John... so can't say anything...

But overall, my guess would have to be Jayce, the Mind Sculptor! Errr... The Defender of Tomorrow! >.>

I'm gonna guess Nasus. His Siphoning Strike scales infinitely, so I wouldn't be surprised about the 5k damage with no items. Wither is strong CC, but I'm not sure about removing CC at will... And when fed, he could probably easily do 2.5k damage with his little glowing ground circle AoE
