Think about it. If amumu's your favorite, and say, skarner is your second favorite, the chance of them banning skarner if you have amumu is much lower now. THAT is the point of having a champ that is never played.

Er, he can clear the jungle and hit level 4 with no leash and boots+pots. You get hella low, but it's doable.

And then Amumu got counterjungled and can't even reach level 3 on first clear.
