CanAM 2012 is a weekend dedicated to competitive eSports between nations. Players from League of Legends will play for their respective countries, Canada and the USA, against each other in a tournament like none before! The tournament will run from Dec. 28th - Dec. 30th, 2012.
Each country will have a captain selected from the registered players pool. These players will be responsible for assembling the best team possible to represent their country. To assemble their team, Scouting Lobbies will be hosted in the weeks prior to the tournament. Players will have a chance to showcase their talent in these lobbies for their team captain. Each team will consist of 15 players as selected by their country. These players will be assembled into 3 lines by their captain. Each line will play a match a day. Each match is a best of 3. The Series will be a Best of 9, with 3 matches played on Friday, 3 on Saturday and 3 on Sunday. All matches will be broadcasted and casted courtesy of OneCast. Teams will be provided a voice server for the duration of the tournament.

Players that sign-up and do NOT play in scouting lobbies will be INELIGIBLE for the tournament. All players are REQUIRED to play in at least one Scouting Lobby.
