Ok so I am now at 800 elo and this game is REALLY starting to irritate me. It doesnt matter what lane i play or how good i do (I have had some of my best games in ranked) but I ALWAYS! get that one fail player who ruins the game and knocks my elo down and so I think ok maybe since solo que and duo que isn't working maybe i will do 5s ranked que..... the only teams that will allow me to play with them are just as crappy as the people in solo que is there some way to fix the players getting in ranked or do i just have to deal with it and never get to high elo?

If you really want to carry teams, mid AP is the way to go. Their entire existance is based around clearing their wave and roaming the other lane for ganks. It's hard for your teammates to lose their lane if their opponent is dead or scared all the time. Jungle can also be good for this, but most junglers don't have the damage to carry the late game.
