The only thing I can conclude from the utter lack of effort that has been put into this issue, is that management at Riot is lazy or out of touch with the customer base. If you put HALF the resources into champion design, you could bring internet to the entire country of Sudan.
I am out of patience, and out of "sorry team, my comp and this game don't get along," I am tired of my team being punished for my d/c's that even I can't seem to resolve or fix three months later. There is no way in the world I am going to touch ranked....I have to sick to regular games because a d/c in rank really impacts others ELO.
You are passively punishing the entire player base by dragging your feet with the issue. Riot use to be a promising company, now it's headed down the road that all game makers go. Disconnected and focused on the bottom line, period.
I woke up today went into my games (safe spikes gap) my first game 119 latency i was like ohh yeah great i was support and i had damn tons of fun after that i was like ok lets play for a while, second game loading screen 224 Latency and over 300 latency the whole game, the fun was over the only thing that changed in my house between games.. My dog woke up and came to sit next to me.
I have 4 months with this issue, i did several tests and did everything that any Riot employee asked in this Thread... And still no answer, Ok its ok i suppose im dealing with some kind of low quality and professional ethics but that is not all..
I have to deal with idk how many ppl, over 400 players in this 4 months... Calling me Mexican, ****er, Potato Pc, etc etc etc and i can't talk back i cannot even report them. Why is that? Bcoz i know the feeling of getting someone who kills the fun of the game. If my lag were constant or were MY or My ISP fault i would not play League, but i go into a game wit green latency and sudenly i have red latency due the epic amount irresponsibility of this company.
Im not a League of Legends Hater, this game has something cool and fun, but im tired of this company and staff, Im not in favor or things like Sopa & Pipa but i do believe that Justice must do something with companies like this one. 3 months almost 4 Months over 100 pages of complains and information about this issue and just 7 RED POST WITH NO REAL INFORMATION.
Have fun its ok we are random customers but i do really hope that everyone of you (staff) gets this treatment in every place that you are customers... You gonna Love it
