Fix our refund sysptem from purchases

i knew that we can refund our champions, skins, runes and other elses, that is good but its like... it doesnt show all purchases records so we cant refund skin what i bought from long time ago

can u guys show us skins even that is old purchase?

i want to refund skins.. so i sent e-mail to support@riotgames.com and they said
" use ur refund credits from purchase records"
and what i want to refund is not there,,,

so FIX this plzzzz

Wrong, it is past THREE months, but yeah, you are not ALLOWED to refund things form longer than 3 months ago.
