Is anyone else? I watching the commercials just fine when I loaded and then only had the commentary and sound but no video.

Sounds like a problem with flash. Update your player and/or try a different browser?

Just my guess with a fix that's worked for me in the past. I'm not particularly IT-savvy, so that's all I got. Check browser support if that doesn't work.
