I sense some confusion so I'd like to clear it up.

Nerfs don't mean the champ was OP before or that the champ is now balanced. There is a wide range of simple changes that can be made to the game to make it work the way Riot would like. Anyways, ez did more than they wanted him to so they nerfed him after having recentally buffed his main direct damage ability.

On that note

To anyone still whining about him being op, you are bad and you should feel bad.
To anyone still crying because flux can't do anything, It still works on allies, that's not insignifican't.
