Zed coldly regarded the pink slime oozing against him, a brow cocking behind the Master of Shadow's mask. This was an unforeseen twist, but perhaps this 'Pinky' creature could make for an even semi-useful tool. If worse came to worst, he could possibly suffocate a higher-end rival with it via force-feeding. His newest acolyte had opened up a broad avenue of possibilities.

".....very well, though I cannot guarantee that the ways of the Shadow will be accessible to this...creature. The two of you are welcome to delve into the temple archives, though I would advise strongly against attempting to gain access to, let alone find, what most would refer to as 'the Box'."

The yordle looks at his human shadow
"Well, is a long story, in fact, this form - he says referring to his body - does not match with who i am... or at least, who i was... Let me explain, I was a common man few months ago, a mercenary who traveled around Valoran looking for jobs, but in one of my jobs I had an "accident" and i was turned into a yordle... so, the shadow with human shape is my original shadow, the "living yordle shadow" follows me after the transformation."
Then he looks at Zed
"...So, your shadow also has his own personality?"
The yordle shadow moved around the champion

Phantom found it amusing that he was not regarding Pinky with much hostility. He must of thought of something useful for the pink little blob.

"Well Pinky can check out the archives by himself...just that he may be a bit overly excited to be allowed in such a place. Now is there something else I can do for now?"

I have three questions regarding your fellow champions.
1. What are your thoughts on Soraka, Master Yi and other Ionian champions?
2. Your thoughts on Nocturne?
3. What are your thoughts regarding Syndra's desire for revenge on Ionia?

Is it possible that....just as you broke away from the kinkou's perception of balance and followed only darkness, another could break away and follow only light? and if so, what would you think of such an individual? would you praise them for their independent spirit, or curse their use of an opposing element?

In a sense, one could say that a living shadow might have some amount of will to itself. How else would one explain how I myself may be bested in a game of chance with my own living shadow? For myself, however, my shadows are extensions of my will, almost as much a weapon as my shurikens and blades. Should you choose to have your shadow animated, it will be up to you to subjugate it, to bind it in turn to your will. Should you succeed, you shall have gained an ally that cannot betray you; failure may be unpleasant.

Hrm...while I have no tasks at the moment, it would be best, I believe, were you to go forth and delve through the temple grounds. As an initiate, you would do well to familiarize yourself with the monastery.

I have no quarrel with my fellow Ionians, save for the Kinkou triumvirate. For their insolence and ignorance, they must be stifled. Other Ionians, however, such as the practitioners of the Wuju and Hiten styles, could be considered as having a modicum of respect from me. Regardless of the inherent grace in their arts, no technique I've yet encountered on or off of the Fields can compare to the power of the shadows.

The Eternal Nightmare, a mystery wrapped in an enigma. I do not fear this creature's darkness, for I am steeped within the shadows; it is the powers of fear that this being commands that render it a force to reckon with. Should this being escape from its prison, I do not doubt that peril would befall the universe as a whole. I would advise that the League simply destroy this creature.

While I have no qualms with the Dark Sovereign for wishing to tap her truest potential, to unlock unthinkable power within her, I would not stand to let her lay waste to all of Ionia. I highly doubt that she will succeed in single-handedly destroying the continent anyways. Were her goals to destroy the heart of the philosophy of balance, however...

The yordle grins

Given all that has transpired across this world, I would not doubt the possibility. I would imagine that an individual such as this would not be entirely for 'good' as many would call it, given how many refer to me as 'the evil ninja'. An individual perhaps possessed with a great and terrible righteous zeal, determined to purge all who would threaten the light. Others could far more pacifistic. Look to the Radiant Dawn, for example. She turned her back on the warmongering ways of her people to fully embrace the light of her people, now a defender of all; contrast the Scorn of the Moon, seen by many as a harbinger of wrath and retribution. While some may embrace what is perceived as light, they are not necessarily 'good'. Were such a being to arise though, I would have to consider both how this power came into their possession and what they intend to do with it. An individual such as the Radiant Dawn, I can respect. Rather than crumble to tradition's will, she defied her kind's warrior heritage in favor of her own beliefs, knowing full well that naught but death could result from this defiance. A noble and brave act.

You must simply stand still for some time.

With that said, Zed rose to his feet before snapping his fingers. His shadow rose at his command, before darting away at a gesture from Zed.

Should you find success in imposing your will upon this rogue shadow that you now deal with, its uses shall be...intriguing to you, I'm sure.

After a moment, Zed's shadow returned with a number of spectral items in hand. As it began to place them down, however, the items manifested into corporeal objects. Among them were such things as incense sticks, candles, and a foreboding blade.

Before we proceed, I must make certain of your desire. Shadows are fickle things, and would be difficult to bind to you again should your force of will be...insufficient.

Phantom nods and picks up Pinky before moving onward to the temple grounds already studying his surroundings. His careful eye looks around the whole place while he walked. This was it, the temple of shadows and being there gave him some comfort knowing that the shadows here could help him.
