Hitler was an amazing figure by modern standards in that he was a dirt poor war vet hanging wallpaper for a living that turned around and took over a sizable chunk of the globe. While a staunch supporter of dispassionate eugenics isn't exactly a popular figure in the annals of history, I don't think it's entirely inappropriate since in League terms, the actual Adolph Hitler had over 6 million assists in normals.

Might as well ban people who have names that involve "Darth Vader" or "Bowser" too. (only 2 villains I can think of :< )
