was using Tibbers and it's almost like around him is a radius of blue light so it kind of colors the environment around him a blue tint

Saw as well. Only tested frostfire so far but probably for all skins.

Seems to be a lighting bug with Frost-fire Tibbers flame aura.

Reverse annie didn't have this problem but frostfire skin did give off that blue light
