Judging by the current timeline, Lux is in her late 20s. She's probably the only one in the entire lore you can correctly judge age with, since she's the only one with an age mentioned in her story (that is, she was enlisted at the age of thirteen, before the Ionian War, which was ~15 years ago). And 'outside of Demacia' can be a lot of people. :P
