Bug has been around forever, but on skill shots it seems a lot of times they simply refuse to cast even when clicked multiple times within range (and not borderline range, well within the range zone)
This issue ever going to be resolved? cus ive seen it around on different champs for years now =/
Most recently E on Cass hates casting when clicked
