when I used condem on ppl how can ppl still attack or flash right afterwards? The person is stuck to the wall and can cast there moves or heal when stunned. Isn't that the purpose of cc? Last game I played against leona I pressed E on her to the wall and she uses her sword cast to hit me right afterwards there was no stun effect. Please fix she's still buggy.

If someone casts a spell as your condemn hits them, you won't interrupt the cast time. They'll be stunned as they're coming towards you/doing whatever. Also, it might just be you didn't really stun them.

When i throw condoms at people they usually get stunned regardless of the wall behind them.
