Should it be a little harder for players to report each other? It seems like people are threatening to report on almost every other case. To me, that shows that there could be some sort of flaw in the system.

People who false report a lot lose "credibility" and the system basically ignores them. And then the system also ignores most false reports by only putting people in the Tribunal who get reported many, many times more than the average player receives false reports. And finally, the pardon button is the last line of defense to make sure people aren't wrongly punished. So you have pretty good reason not to stress about bullies who threaten to report.

It just seems like people use the "reported" threat to get a ryze (terrible pun) out of people. That just upsets me.
