Are you kidding me? Rammus is one of the easiest junglers to counter, Rammus is only good if the entire enemy team has no CC and is AD heavy. Anyone with a snare, knock up, knock back, slow, or stun stops Rammus dead in his tracks, literally. I played a game recently that the enemy had a Rammus jungle and I was playing Ryze mid(snare no Rammus ganks), Cho'gath top(knock up no Rammus ganks), Taric bot(stun), and Vayne bot(Condemn knockback). Rammus couldn't gank any of our lanes.

Rammus is really, really underpowered at the moment...
