Hmmm. I'm iffy on the Runic Bullwark. Looks like a luxury upgrade, maybe situational. Why is there a MR upgrade rather than an armor upgrade, or possibly two different options? It looks really vanilla, too. It's better than not having anything, but I would have hoped for something more interesting.

Atma's probably needs a legendary upgrade, too, but I don't have a concrete suggestion other than something with the old 2% scaling and perhaps more stats or a neat active.

Madred's Bloodrazor is not on the "Removed Item" list, nor on the Reworked list
Blade of The Ruined Knight is not on any list either

Thought Blade was being changed to deal Physical damage (and being implemented on SR), and Madred was getting removed

What happened to these changes? i was pretty happy for those
