By counter i mean, place your own initiator into his hook. It ruins his grab and gets your team where you want them. Or in lane, counterpick him with someone like ali or leona and you can easily turn the lane around. Place a ward in the bush and boom, no more threat.

Yep. Blitzcrank's motto is "It only takes one". The fact that he has an ability that is ult-worthy on a ~20 second CD and can keep shootin' it off, not to mention that just one hit almost guarantees you a kill/lane victory/teamfight win/game win (take your pick) is broken. Mana isn't a problem, since Blitzcranks usually build mana items on top of runes/masteries etc.

grab needs like a 45 second cooldown, then were all good. grab most op thing in game
