Just had a guy (first pick) grab Amumu without talking to anyone. He told us to switch with him but no one on team played jungle Amumu. So instead of doing it, he takes clarity and barrier, and tells us he is going to troll. Says he will AFK and/or feed. Clearly he was trying to make one of us dive, so I did. Now I can't play for 30 minutes (ranked) because I don't want to waste time and lose ELO, but this guy just gets away with it, and can keep doing this kind of **** again. Seriously, when are we going to be able to report people in champ select? I'm not going to waste at least 20 minutes and lose ELO just for the chance to report this guy.

This stuff happens all the time when is Riot going to do something about it?

I know Riot loves to ignore this problem, apparently so does everyone else.

And now I'm waiting an hour because three people picked top champions and started raging at each other in champ select . . . Riot please, give us the ability to do something about this, or lower the penalty timer.
