I'd just like to say thanks for this guide...I'm pretty new to this game, and haven't done any rated games, as I'm simply trying to get a feel of the game first before I pursue some of the more serious aspects of it. I think this guide has been one of the most helpful to me so far regarding the macroscopic strategy of the game. A lot of the questions I had were answered here, and I really think once I start taking these points into account my gameplay will improve greatly.
