I roleplayed Amumu while using him last time, and I was threatened of being reported

Negative Attitude.

So yes, roleplaying Draven would be rude.

I have the same problem with Gragas. But if you're not a cocky, arrogant drunk then you're doing it wrong. I don't think role play is bannable so long as you keep your language appropriate and you still are just as cocky when you are losing. Personally, I find role play a great way to reduce rage in solo queue.
