This never happens on my PC until now - luckily it was just a normal.

All the minions and champions move slightly slower than usual, and then go really fast to 'catch up' to their proper position in the game.

This is REALLY annoying.

My ping remains relatively stable @ 60-80FPS and my ping was normal at 192ms.

My PC plays other games perfectly fine and my settings have not changed.

PC Specs:
core i7 920
4gb ddr3
hd5770

Even with the new patch I get the same problem :\

I don't get it with champions but I get it with minions all the time. It ends in a minion group being split in two.

Okay all of a sudden it's fine...
All I did was restart my PC instead of putting in on sleep.
