did some revisions on a champion for moltres

added an about me section to the FAQ's

was in the midst of champion creation and lost everything...

and ps this is v3.0 i lost v1.0 and 2.0 but I am very happy about v3.0

added ice climbers to creations totally cant believe i forgot about them :S
