all 3 were very dependant on attack speed and it costs 20% more now. they have pretty weak early-mid games and now this will slow there damage down even more.

doesnt matter what score u have on teemo u can just push and get away asap... once u get that hurricane its over and the 12% when u hit some1 with spell or AA.
ur team still have to cooperate tho and play decent

It doesn't really affect Vayne's attack speed that much because although it did get nerfed slightly she still has the auto-attack trick of "tumble right after you auto-attack to make it slightly faster." I know that the cd on that is around 6 seconds at rank 1 and goes down ask you rank it up but in terms of attack speed she didn't get the biggest nerf compared to other adc champs that don't have cancels like Ashe.
