[Game Client] Runic Bulwark and Aegis of the Legion

Runic Bulwark and Aegis are affecting the minions on Proving Grounds. The super minions were able to tank the the turrets forever because both Aegis and Runic stack on the minions. I haven't tried the items on Summoners Rift yet. Is this effect intended?
