Howdy. I was able to jump terrain with Shaco's ult during a bot match just now. The items I had are below in the screenshot. I was unable to reproduce the effect over several separate tries. When it occurred the entire enemy bot team was on the other side of the wall. I am positive I did not Q over and there were no spells in game that could knock/push/pull me over the terrain. It occurred at the spot below, ulting at the red 'X' and appearing at the black one.

It's a bug thats been around since the release of shaco. You're supposed to be able to do it. Been playing shaco for years. He's always been able to do it. You can do it very easily inside the dragon pit at back wall.
