I noticed that every once in a while when i use his Q the ability doesnt show a cooldown yet doesnt let you cast it again either. When this happens i am forced to guess when the spell is off of cooldown before the game allows me to use it again. I know that his ult resets all cooldowns but this happens at random moments not just when ive gotten a kill and i cant seem to find any pattern with it

its bugged like forever... and riot simply refuses to fix it... i dont know why...
