Removing FoN is one of the few cases in which I can find no reason to back up Riot's actions.
It was a great item, gave nice stats, wasn't too cheap, and was core on my favorite junglers, Hecarim and Singed.

No the best MR item is Bulwark 60 MR and 30 of that is an aura.

I don't really see why it needed removal. It clearly wasn't abusive, as evidence of its infrequent purchase, yet is was pretty useful on certain champions under certain conditions (mundo, singed, etc.). I always felt like it was a well balanced item

It's absurd that it only gives 50 Mres.

Itemizing against magic damage was hard enough already. Now there's no real way to defend yourself against it.
