Dumb guy is dumb. 1) Don't chase singed. 2) Just poke at him and he'll die pretty quick if you do good damage. If you have range he's screwed.

It's cheaper to buy health on singed then mana.

But since the archangles works on him now, you can get AP and HP from mana. But it's still more expensive then buying AP and HP separately. However, anything that comes with mana (fozen heart), or gives you mana on the cheap (rod of ages) will be that much better on him.

Armor and Magic Resist are multiplies. Not sure what the new best cost ratio is (i think it used to be 1 AR/MR per 18 health) you want, but since singed basically get's health for free, AR/MR should be more of your main choice. Though when his ult is running all the math changes.

he's not op, never will be, because:
has tons of counters
can be shut down
doesn't offer much CC
meh, damage

if you follow singed then he's op, but if that's the case i assume master yi is your god. he has a hard time killing you, and an unfed/unfamred singed won't be able to do much if he can't drop ghost and initiate your team.

being a top lane Rumble, Singed is the bane of my existence, you can beat him but most of the time all you can do is harass him, late game all he does is run around and for most "chasers" that's a pain

The first complaint i've seen about singed is right after FoN is removed... funny

The best way to beat singed is simply to slow him and poke him. Frozen Mallet works wonders on him. And don't chase him unless you have a hard cc and a teammate or 2.
