Its a future in which b-ball has been banned world wide in fear of the the terrible chaos dunk, a slam dunk that could destroy the world forever.

apparently it plays out like a side scrolling RPG like Zelda 2. someone is trying to unleash the power of the chaos dunk, but the ancient technique cannot fall into the wrong hands.... or else.
