This is just gonna be a simple guide telling you the runes, masteries, summoner abilities, skill build and item build.

WARNING: This guide only works with reliable teammates. After all, as a carry, you have to be a team player =P

Runes:
Armor Penetration
Dodge
Cooldown Reduction / level

Masteries:
9-21-0 or 0-21-9
depending on what you like

Summoner Abilities:
Ghost - Gets you in and out of fights easily
Your Choice xD

Skill Build:
1. Ambush
2. Debilitating Poison
3. Ambush
4. Expunge
5. Ambush
6. Spray and Pray
Spray and Pray > Ambush > Expunge > Debilitating Poison

Item Build:
starting items - Dorans Shield / Sword and health potion
Boots of Speed > Madred's Razors > Berserker's Greaves > Madred's Bloodrazor > The Black Cleaver > The Bloodthirster > Phantom Dancer > Infinity Edge


This is just how i play twitch, this is a very effective way to play twitch with people you know. Play it safe b4 getting your bloodrazers, after you get it. YOU RAPE.

Capping his attack speed and buying bad items?

Wow, this build is horrible except against tanks. Max expunge as soon as possible.

Waaaaay too much attack speed. Just saying that now.

Item build

Infinity Edge > Boots of Speed > lolgg

Thinking that you know the build and actually knowing from trying the build is different. Please try the build b4 actually saying that it's horrible, this build has been tested, and its been proven to be quite a good build.

Why would you rush Madreds on Twitch? Only if they had like 4-5 tanks would this be a good idea. It does synergise with his ult, but you don't need to build any attack speed on Twitch.

Dorans --> BF Sword (2-3 dorans if you need to b early) --> boots of choice --> Infin Edge --> Thirsters/Cleavers etc.
