Why does step 1/2 take 10 minutes and step 2/2 take hours? This is almost always the case. Download speed seems to be stuck between 0 kbps and 20 kbps. No one else in the house, just me. Something is wrong. I don't want to reinstall because that will take days..
If no one can help me, I guess I'll just leave my computer on for 2 days straight.
