so building 1 tear then buying second tear puts x stacks on both then buy archangels which triggers seraph;s would wipe out the 2nd tear's stacks regardless if its a new item or not.??

Uh, not to wreck everyones parade, but this is a godly singed build right hurr. Rylais, Swiftness with Alacrity, Seraphs, Rabadons, Liandrys, and Will of the Ancients. If you changed out will for Muramana, you'd be able to leave Poison on permanently, and while I get singed is abut movement, you really shouldn't have to stop to flip like some of oyu are saying. You run up, flip, then right tap im,mediately after the flip. Shouldn't lose yur more than a half second. That said, imagine Muramana + Seraphs, Rod of Ages, Banshees Veil, Frozen Heart, and Boots of spell pen with some other person having Will. Be mad crazy, no?

Yes, I realize you have next to zilch for defensive stats besides the health. Thing is, you don't really -need- anything at that point. You regen most damage just from running around, and if they stay near you, it's worse than stepping in 5 Teemo mushrooms due to doing 1.5k flips with that build, minus Muramana.

You were misinterpreting the meaning behind the stacks. Mana Charge is a UNIQUE PASSIVE. so when you grab one tear the tear will say that the unique passive "Mana charge" is holding, for this example, 300 mana. when you buy a second tear it will also state that "Mana Charge" has charges 300 mana. this is because both tears are looking at one UNIQUE PASSIVE which exists across multiple items. when you grab 2 tears, you don't get 300+300=600 mana, but 300 mana total from both items.

When you upgrade the items to Manamune and Archangels both will still say 300 since both also have the "Mana Charge" unique passive and both are looking at the same one source. When the stacks fill up the Manamune becomes the Muramana, fully resetting the Mana charge passive to 0, and the Archangels will have to recharge the passive before it can become a seraph's embrace.

Muramana and Seraphs embrace DON'T have the mana charge passive. each gives a simple, flat 1000 mana which stack with each other. you can then buy yet another tear and fully stack it, but this 3rd tear won't upgrade into more Muramana's and Seraph's Embrace's (you can build it into a manamune and AA, but they won't upgrade.

With that all cleared up you should be aware of Singed weaknesses and take them into consideration when developing unique builds. massing mana on singed will work against some classes, but champions that have multiple ranged CC and poke can handle this build. Banshee's can be popped easy, especially on a champion that lacks range. and if a lux, morgana, or Zyra land a snare they can put in alot of damage on you for free (~100 MR isn't much if they grab a Void staff, Sorc boots and a liandry's, which are normal build choices on them).

If they lack champions that can lock you down then have a blast with this build

this is the problem with his proposed build. if blitz goes tear ASAP, the lane opponents will crush him. he will also be gold starved into mid-late game. he will also not be able to ward efficiently.

Ryze with both Tear items and RoA.... tons of damage.
