Anyone tried this combo yet? I was gonna grab it late in an ARAM game yesterday and try it out, but never made it there in the build. I know it does apply toggle abilities like toxic shot as I tried the item on teemo, but would it apply 3x red cards to the shots? If so, given some ap/mpen that many aoe bursts in one small area should hurt.

Pick a Card is an "on next attack" modifier, not an "on hit".

I think his stacked deck does generate faster though.
