With more items with actives, can we please get the ability to use Self-Cast on item slots?

We can Smart-Cast item slots with Shift+1..2..3..etc but I did not see a keybinding option to Self-Cast item slots.

For example, if I wanted to cast Shard of True Ice active on myself, and it was in my first item slot, I would use Alt+1 instead of having to Smart-Cast with hovering my cursor on my champion.

Riot, please?
