I agree that the way he mentioned it is very rude and inappropriate but I also believe that SV shouldnt be a first buy item, the 15% increase to heals just arent visible until you have higher health values for your abilities to make use of it, I would always suggest getting a high health item first before getting SV, that way the high health will help farming a lot more by giving much more sustain.

the reason for this is because percentage increases are only great when base values are high. and those who think that cooldown would be more beneifical early game, remember that your cost for abilities is your health, and even if you hit with cleaver, your still losing more health than your gaining, even with SV's 15%, so really your just killing yourself faster. with higher health, you'll be able to cast more before you put yourself into a dangerous level of health
