I can no longer log in after patching. Every time I get to the log in screen I just get a window that says:

Maestro Error
There was an error connecting with Maestro. League of Legends will now exit. Please try restarting the client.

This has not helped as you might have guessed.

Yeah, I have the same problem sometime, just restart your PC and it'll do.

I have had this happen to me after i tried joining a game and I got the 5 min penalty... and everything works fine for me seems like something on riots end seeing as how its a server problem...

Another patch today. Maestro Error again.

The fix for me seems to be deleting all the adobe air folders in my league directory and redownloading the 500-600megs from the launcher.
