How could Riot not make this passive unique? That seems like a pretty big slip up. It pretty much makes this game unplayable right now.

stacking it doesn't make much difference,the debuff only stacks up to 4 times regardless of how many you have I'm pretty sure.

it stacks meaning you still can only 4 stacks.... You know its probby the armor nerfs

So many thread about this and people still don't realize that stacking them is only for extra ad/hp/cdr. THE DEBUFF DOES NOT STACK, IT IS CAPPED AT 4. PERIOD. READ NEXT TIME.

Also OP's referring to the passive 15 arpen, which is not coded as a unique passive, before people post clueless stuff about how the armor debuff doesn't stack.

It's not the passive stacking that's the problem, it's the actual stats.

Since, you know, the passive never actually gets better, just stacks faster.

The item is too cheap for it to be stacked that many times.

Because IE has a unique passive and two stats you could get elsewhere? And because BC is better than youmuus?
