Annie does not have her level 6 tibbers ult. Game starts with the level maxed but the box greyed out and unable to be leveled. thanks riot!

Same happened to me! Can't use her ult, and trying to lvl it with ctrl + r craashes the game.

I have also confirmed this, and a few of my buddies have as well. Riot needs to pull her off the list and fix her as soon as possible.

Happened to me earlier as well. If it happens every time then Annie is unusable this patch...
