Obviously Heimerdinger is OP Tier. Duh.

Seriously though, I would say Orianna+Anivia+Kat+Diana+Ryze+Karthus (just because of that crazy good ult) are best mids. How they rank amongst themselves comes down to personal perception, I'd say.
