Me too. I love it for top lane and of course as a support. With the change to heal spell in my opinion it's best to go Flash/Heal as the support if you're a stunner. Then let the AD Carry get exhaust if you're going that meta. Since heal does the same to allies, you can get all that reduced heal time and mastery increase on it.

My idea for a great bot matchup now. Old school exhaust/ignite Ezreal and flash/heal Taric. GG.

In season 2, I would get it for the tenacity on champions I absolutely need the CDR boots for.

I get it on support with the new clairvoyance. CV all day every day! Plus it helps cut down on ward gold too because you can take a peak at some people, CV helps when your allies are chasing across the map, it's actually pretty versatile. I like it on supports that also could use the extra cash wasted on wards to get AP, like Karma, Lux etc.

It's a godsend in ARAM
