too stronk. Urgot's E is an AoE Physical damage over time that has a at lvl 5 20% armor reduction debuff, but Black Cleaver will apply all it's stacks with Urgot's E (because physical DoT).

Total Armor Reduction debuff is 44%, AOE.

OMG Urgot does damage!

well seeing as he has no heals and hes also really slow moving even before movement speed nerf , I should think so.

Considering Urgot was so far below viable prepatch that picking him was arguably a tribunal action waiting to happen: What's the problem here, exactly?

actually this isn't accurate. I tried him a couple of times since the patch. The AOE debuff is strong, but it allows for others to do damage while Urgot is still weak in the late game (which is probably when you'd finish the Black Cleaver).

I just went Support urgot with tank setup, urgot's passive and massive armor debuff with black cleaver made kills too ez. Why not put the anticarry in bot lane?

it doens't matter if i's Urgot Garen Talon, Darius or OLaf
