Riot please fix this issue:

When you are about to get into loading screen from champ select, but have another program opened up or something (like google chrome on facebook typing to my friend), League will load in the bottom right corner....?

Also, to fix this issue, I have to go in video settings and click "full screen" from my usual "borderless" setting. With the old HUD, I could click the button with league running in the bottom right and still be able to move the options box around. With the new HUD, it's too big to do that.

PLEEEEEASE make the options menu draggable from any border (top, bottom, left side, right side) because it's only draggable from the top at the moment...

I very much agree with this and was going to post something about it myself. As OP has said, the old video options HUD was just small enough to be able to hit the OK button to alter the window settings back and forth, but now it is far too big.

In a game today, I had to disconnect, log out (not sure why the log out; my client crashed when I left the game for some reason) and do all that before I finally got back into the game. I was playing mid 3-4 levels down to start which would not have been pleasant if I was anyone but Diana.

I don't run on a particularly small screen either, so this is definitely an issue.
A potential fix might be to allow the enter button function as clicking OK.
