Whenever I would charm baron or blue golem, they would slowly move back towards their base point instead of move towards me, which in turn reset them and healed them. To repeat:

1. Play Ahri
2. Put a point in charm (E)
3. Draw monster aggro and lower its health before charming to see them regain their hp as they walk back to their spawn point

It was especially difficult to take blue and baron with this bug
