4 Holiday skins last year: Maokai, Gangplank, Heimer and LeBlanc... as you can see 2 of 4 were AP champs aswell... looks like Riot has a thing for AP champs on Holiday seasons.

Exception being: Sexualizing females, mummy's, trees, pirates, and small boys with giant yeti's.

This and its extremely annoying.

50% is a "thing for AP champs"? Granted you could say 75%, but i digress since OP said mid.

Out of those 16 champions (unless I missed 1) 10 or 11 of those are AP champions, with another 3 who can be potential AP champs (Trist, Shaco and Kog'Maw). Add the other 5 we get this year (unless the Shaco one isnt, then that leaves 4) then thats another 4 AP onto the list.

EDIT: But referring to the OP, sure not all are mid, just this years skins are.

He said AP mid champs though. Granted anyone can play mid if they were good enough, however odd it would be.

And a few champs could be ap or ad, not just ap.
