Before the new patch I was running @ 1080 with all my settings on "High" except shadows on medium. After the new patch, I get this strange stuttering throughout playing. My ping is low, I turned down all my settings to low and my resolution down significantly and it's gotten slightly better, but still stutters on occasions.

How can I go from running at maximum settings to lowest? Is anyone else having these issues? I'm rather new to LoL, is this something that occurs after patches and is it usually fixed?

This is happening to me as well. and i have been playing LOL for about 3 years and i have never seen this lag happen before
