no. you stack black cleavers and get free elo and when you dont stack cleavers you dont win. i hope you go back to 1400 elo once they are nerfed

First off cleavers just came out so I didn't get to the elo I was at by playing cleavers. Cleavers has nothing to do with this post. Secondly grow up dude.
