It says after the December 14th deadline but is there a time to that like 3 est? and one more thing do you have to play all five qualifying rounds for the team to make the deadline or can you just make teams before the 14th and that still counts i need to know this please.

So we have UNTIL the 14th. Like we can make our team on the 14th correct?
