I see this reducing trolling by a huge margin and would make ranked much more enjoyable.

There have been upwards of 100 threads on this issue. Why hasn't Riot responded? Kiddington mentioned something a long time ago, and we haven't seen anything since. Ridiculous amount of trolling and "mid or feed" going on, and no way to combat it.

This would create a huge problem because of trolls, disable someone from choosing mid and going to some other lane, and if you wanted to challenge the meta where you put someone like shen in the mid then you wouldnt be able to do that if they restricted the champions towards the lanes, it would reduce the conflict in some but it will also make it so much more complex, the current laning is only because of the meta so it is prone to change which this suggestion would prevent
